VENUE
Leconfield Richard Hamilton Wines is a magnificent winery and for today an open-air venue located in McLaren Vale.
SEATING
Patrons will need to to bring a camp / folding chair to the event, or a picnic rug. All areas of this venue have view of the stage.
COVID – 19
As a COVID Management plan is not required for this event, proof of vaccination is not needed to attend. Unless SA Health change their guidelines. We will update here.
In the event that COVID -19 Restrictions are put in order by the South Australian Government that prevents the event from proceeding as planned, forcing the Event Organisers, Leconfield Wines Pty Ltd, to cancel the event, refunds will be given for the ticket price only.
The following measures are in place for this event:
• Patrons may dance in front of their seats, or at the stage front dancefloor.
• Patrons must follow all directions of Security Personell.
• Please practice good hygiene at all times.
Due to the lifting of restrictions, dancing will now be permitted at the stage front.
BOX OFFICE / TICKETING
The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open 30 minutes prior to gates opening (at 1pm) and during the day. Please have your ticket printed and ready for scanning at the gates.
TICKETING POLICY
The official ticketing agency for this show is Trybooking. The New Orleans in the Vines takes no responsibility for any tickets purchased outside of Trybooking. Tickets purchased through third parties are done so at the customers own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given in the case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the event from proceeding as planned, forcing the Event Organisers, RetroVibes Entertainment, and Richard Hamilton Wines Pty Ltd, to cancel the event.

PARKING
Parking is available at on site, and is a short distance to the event site.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
It is a condition of entry that all bags, chairs, and personal belongings be presented to security staff for inspection and scanning at entry. Patrons detected attempting to bring BYO Alcohol into the venue will be refused entry / ejected without refund. Please note that this event also has a No Pass Out policy so please come prepared for the full day.
PERMITTED ITEMS
You may bring to this event: Camp Chair, Sealed Still Bottled Water (not carbonated ), Cooler Bag, Rain Poncho, Non Professional Camera. It is also advised to bring a wide brimmed hat and sunscreen to the event as well as a jacket for later in the evening, should you need it.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Items strictly prohibited from entry: Alcohol, Soft Drink & Non Alcoholic Beverages (apart from sealed still bottled water) Picnic Rugs, , Professional Cameras, Shade Structures, Tents, Offensive Clothing, MC Club Attire, Bicycles, Scooters, Food Dye.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
This event will have a range of food available for purchase. Please do not bring food.
A public bar will also operate for the event duration offering a range of Beer, Wine, and Non Alcoholic Beverages. Coffee is also available.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
There are no age restrictions but children attending must be supervised by a responsible adult.
WEATHER POLICY
This event is an open air concert that will proceed if there is no rain. In the very unlikely event of an event cancellation, all ticketholders will be advised via SMS, Email, Social Media. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed too dangerous to proceed / continue. This decision will be made by RetroVibes Entertainment. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire, sunscreen, wide brimmed hat, jacket/poncho.
DISABLED PATRONS
Disabled parking will be available within close proximity to the event entrance. Please follow signage on arrival to this area. Once inside the venue, patrons may take advantage of a dedicated viewing area located approximately 60 metres from the stage. This area is unreserved and available for disabled patrons and their immediate carer only. Patrons please note that this is an outdoor venue with some uneven surfaces and is open to the elements.
